Jay Wynn is the president and owner of CJW Transportation Consultants. He has over 19 years experience in civil engineering and land transportation planning and design, including traffic impact studies, analytical studies of traffic control problems, corridor and land use origin - destination studies. As a Traffic Operations Engineer he was responsible for administering a CIP budget of $3.4 million. Jay has been instrumental in the development of the first Urban/City/State ITS project in the State of Missouri. The project is one of the first of six rural operational test projects in the United States. Other projects included installation of a state of the art computerized traffic signal system for over 140 intersections, traffic signal design and intersection improvements. Jay's expertise extends to technical design for municipal infrastructure, lighting systems, signal timing & operation, signal system control and optimization, intersection capacity analysis, intersection geometrics, level of service studies, land use studies, volume/capacity analysis, accident reconstruction and investigation, preparation of construction plans, specifications and bid documents, project management, contract administration and construction inspection.

Tom B. Dancey, P.E. is the Senior Vice President and Manager of the Springfield, Missouri office. His experience entails a broad background in transportation engineering, including skills in traffic operations, traffic signal timing/optimization, transportation engineering design, traffic analysis, transportation modeling and planning, and design and deployment of advanced traffic management and traveler information systems.

Dane Seiler joined the CJW engineering team in December 2005 as an Engineer Intern. Dane had the opportunity to gain engineering experience as a summer intern for CJW during the summer of 2005. Dane's expertise includes traffic impact analyses, geometric computation, data collection, level of service computation, transportation planning studies.

Jeff Asher is a Project Manager for CJW with over 10 years of experience in the civil engineering field. Jeff Joined CJW in June 2006. Jeff's focus is in highway and street design with extensive experience in planimetric and topographic mapping. Jeff specializes in the use of Microstation and AutoCad software.

Dan Simpson is a Designer II for CJW with over 15 years of experience in civil engineering design and land use planning. Dan joined CJW in February of 2009. Dan’s expertise includes design of street plans and profiles; public works projects; highway and municipal roadway design; land use planning and review; and topographic mapping. Dan is proficient in AutoCAD, Land Desktop, Flowmaster, StormCAD, and Hydraflow Software.

Jim St. Clair is a Senior Designer and Inspector with over 30 years experience in transportation engineering design and traffic signal construction administration and inspection.

Jim Gray is a Professional Land Surveyor and Survey Manager for CJW with 12 years of experience in land surveying and mapping. Jim joined CJW in February 2007. His expertise includes boundary surveying, design surveying, right-of-way establishment, construction staking, and property records research.

John Rispoli is an Engineering Technician and GIS Specialist for CJW with 7 years of experience in the geographic information and mapping field. He joined CJW in October 2006. He is proficient in the use of ESRI ArcMap and CarteGraph software, and has done infrastructure mapping for streets, sanitary sewer, storm water, water, electric, and natural gas.

Randy Chapman has more than 12 years experience in land surveying. Randy joined CJW in February 2007 bringing his knowledge of construction staking, boundary and design surveys for large and small size projects.
