Justin joined the CJW team as an intern in 2018, while attending school at Missouri State’s cooperative engineering program with Missouri S&T. Justin graduated with his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in May of 2019. Justin’s experience includes working with transportation systems analysis, micro simulation traffic modeling, master planning, utility coordination, signal timing, and the development of soil & erosion control plans.
